PRODUCTION OF LEATHER LACES AND OTHER LEATHER PRODUCTS

Guardolificio Labor produces laces and strings in genuine rawhide and leather for shoes, loafers, accessories, handbags and basically all kinds of fashion jewellery. There's a wide range of products in various sizes and colours, with round and square sections.

Only carefully selected leather is used which is then processed by expert artisans and the part needed to make the laces is then used.

The next phase is the tanning which comprises the holding phase (rest and reconditioning of the leather) to then move onto the greasing and dying phase of the material. The last phase is the resting and ageing of the leather which is then returned to the expert hands of the artisans who measure and cut the laces, either by hand or through the use of automated cutters for precise and fast processing.

SQUARE AND ROUND LEATHER LACES

The production line of leather laces involves the creation of square section products cut on grain leather backs or flesh split false grain backs, both organically tanned with a chromium base in order to obtain soft and highly resistant laces. The catalogue offers a wide range of basic colours that go from the most natural colours such as beige or cream to very vibrant ones such as electric blue and red.

In addition to standard tanning methods that allows you to obtain soft and resistant leather laces you can also request products with non-absorbent, fastness and anti-dusting treatments.
